Deep meditation begins with preparing the body. While teaching the Bongwoo Breathing Method, I am often asked the same questions:“ My legs hurt, so I can’t sit for long.”

In this step, inhale and exhale naturally so that there is no obstruction or tension. Inhale slowly, letting the energy fill your chest, and exhale slowly.

In this step, you are encouraged to breathe slowly and evenly so that over time your breath has a consistent rhythm and is not long or short breath.

While practicing this breathing softly and evenly, you are encouraged to gently push the energy to the lower abdomen. Be gentle and do not force or push down the energy.
