Cancellatations requested 1-59 days before the retreat start date are non-refunable.

A1: You will depart from the airport closest to your home and fly into Incheon International Airport (ICN), where we will meet as a group.
A2: On the first day of the retreat, please arrive at Incheon International Airport (ICN) by 4:00 PM
A3: We will meet at Incheon International Airport and travel together to the hotel. Before your arrival, we will email you detailed meeting information, including arrival time guidance, meeting location, and contact details.
A4: Yes. This retreat is fully open to beginners with no prior meditation experience. The program is designed around deep breathing, inner awareness, and gentle healing practices, making it easy to follow. Step-by-step guidance is provided throughout the retreat, including meditation, Kigong(Qigong), and breathing exercises.
A5: Yes, absolutely. Many participants join on their own.This retreat is focused on personal inner experience and reflection, and the atmosphere is supportive, respectful, and comfortable for solo travelers.
A6: Accommodations may include hotels, traditional Korean temples, hanok (traditional Korean houses), or other designated lodging depending on the itinerary.
Basic bedding and essential facilities are provided. Detailed accommodation information will be shared in your confirmation email.
