Lineage and Authentic practice
Bongwoo Tao meditation Center in Sedona, Arizona is rooted in a n authentic Tao lineage that originated in the sacred mountains of Korea.
This lineage trances back to Master Bongwoo, who taught Tao Meditation and breath cultivation in Gyerongsan, Korea-long regared as a powerful site for spiritual discipline and ineer cultivation.
The teachings are carried forward in Sedona by Heartmoon Haejung, who received transmission though a direct student of Master Bongwoo. Through years of dedicated and teaching, she embodies and shares the essence of this lineage with sincerity and integrity.
