Step 2
In this step, inhale and exhale naturally so that there is no obstruction or tension. Inhale slowly, letting the energy fill your chest, and exhale slowly. Gently close your lips and breathe through your nose only.
In the second step, you are practicing natural breathing. Some people have long inhales and exhales while others have short ones. Whatever is the length of your breath, that is your natural breath. Practice normal chest breathing without extending your breath in ways that make you tensed or uncomfortable. Breathe naturally and softly with your chest. As for the time, 2 hours or more per day for a total of 30 days is recommended in step 2.
